Returns/Exchanges 

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene purposes there will be absolutely NO refunds or exhanges processed. 

Returns/Exchanges may only be issued if you have received the wrong order/item. Item must be clean, unworn, and in its original package. You must contact us within 48 hours from the receiving date to inform us of this issue. Failure to inform us within 48 hours, will have all requests denied. Please have proof of receipt, and proof of purchase. A store credit may be applied. This is not guaranteed.

 

Shipping

We currently only ship to Canada and the US. Shipping is done through Canada Post (may be subject to change). 

Processing Time: 2-3 business days 

Shipping Time: 2-8 business days

Tracking information will be sent out once order has been shipped.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any custom delays that may apply.

Note: We are not responsible for return packages due to incompetent shipping addresses. If the parcel is returned, new shipping charges will apply. Please review all information prior to finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.
